What if I change locations?

Participants can repeat the signup process with the same phone number and their location data will be updated to reflect their new location.

Can I sign up in two locations/ zip codes?

There is no way to be signed up in multiple zip codes at one time. Your location is based on the zip code you gave when you were registered.

What if I move locations frequently?

Your location is based on the zip code you gave when you registered. To update your location, re-register with the same phone number and your new zip code. This will update your location and you will not lose your place in the line. Currently, there is no way to be signed up in multiple zip codes concurrently, so you must update your profile each time you move locations. Dr. B plans to continue to update our platform and we are diligently working to provide the best experience possible.

If I live in more than one zip code, which one should I use?

We recommend using the zip code of your primary residence and where you spend the most time. Please note that this is for last-minute appointments that become available unexpectedly, you will simply receive an alert based on the zip code you provided at registration. To update your location, re-register with the same phone number and your new zip code. This will update your location and you will not lose your place in the line.

Does Dr. B need my home address?

No, the location of the vaccination site is based on the zip code you provided when you registered. When a vaccine becomes available you will receive an alert with the location of your vaccination site. There is currently no list of provider locations available.
